Individual Therapy

Therapy is most successful when it is tailored to you as an individual. I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapeutic models including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)and draw on these in a flexible way to best suit you. I work in an integrative and holistic way, drawing on Jungian depth psychology, acceptance and commitment therapy techniques and meditation practices.

You may come to therapy with specific goals and needs. My approach is to work in collaboration with you to achieve the change you want. We will work side by side and talk openly about progress.
